Driven to Deliver (What You'll Do)

  • Lead & Develop the Team: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing new business sales team in India, providing regular feedback, call coaching, deal support, and development opportunities.
  • Drive New Business Performance: Lead the team in identifying, prospecting, and converting enterprise accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Madison Logic’s proprietary ABM data, and other sales tools.
  • Own Team Goals: Establish clear expectations and drive accountability across prospecting activity, meetings booked, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and revenue goals.
  • Coach the Sales Process: Guide the team through multi-channel prospecting, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing, providing hands-on support with key opportunities when needed.
  • Manage Pipeline & Forecasting: Lead regular pipeline reviews, monitor opportunity progression, maintain accurate forecasting, and ensure strong Salesforce discipline and data quality across the team.
  • Build Prospecting Excellence: Coach the team on personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video, continuously improving messaging, targeting, and conversion.
  • Partner Globally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to align on target accounts, messaging, pipeline priorities, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Stay Sharp: Maintain a strong understanding of ABM, digital marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and Madison Logic’s platform to coach the team and engage senior-level prospects effectively.

Equipped to Excel (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, MarTech, or a related technology environment.
  • 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, or leading sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated success building new business pipeline and managing teams against activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Strong Salesforce experience with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to coach others on discovery, solution selling, objection handling, and closing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership across global teams and time zones.
  • Available to work US working hours

  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating sales talent.
  • Experience leading teams prospecting and selling into international markets, particularly the US and/or UK.
  • Knowledge of Madison Logic, Account-Based Marketing, programmatic advertising, or the broader B2B marketing technology landscape.
  • Experience engaging CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Demand Generation leaders, and other senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use activity, pipeline, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A proactive mentality with strong follow-through and the ability to create accountability while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization and balance day-to-day execution with longer-term team development.

Compensation is combination of base salary and commission.

Work Environment:
We offer a mix of remote and hybrid working. Remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Hybrid work is required for employees local to our offices. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.
 
Pay Transparency/Equity:
We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.  Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
