See your work in a new light.

At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care as something more human, more supportive, and more connected. We lead with compassion and clarity - helping patients feel confident in moments that matter, while giving providers and partners the trust and insight they need to deliver better outcomes.

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner - Intake who wants their work to mean something - someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.

The LUX Infusion Learning & Development Partner – Intake partners with Intake leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver effective learning solutions for employees supporting the patient referral and admissions process. This role owns the development and continuous improvement of structured onboarding, role-based training, workflow education, and performance-support resources across Intake functions. The Partner develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of Intake roles, workflows, systems, and performance expectations while actively designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning solutions. This role translates complex operational workflows and system processes into clear, practical learning experiences that prepare employees to perform accurately, confidently, and independently.

Why This Role Matters

This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience - whether that impact is directly with patients or behind the scenes supporting care delivery.

In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:

  • Helps patients feel seen, supported, and informed
  • Supports clinicians and partners through clarity, reliability, and trust
  • Moves work forward in a growing, clinician‑led organization focused on better outcomes

Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys - and this role helps make that journey brighter.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Intake roles, workflows, systems, policies, and performance expectations to effectively support employee learning and development.
  •  Partner with Intake leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, clarify performance expectations, establish priorities, and validate training content.
  • Design, develop, facilitate, and continuously improve structured onboarding, role-based learning, refresher training, cross-training, and workflow-change education across Intake functions.
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and hands-on training on Intake systems, workflows, processes, and role-specific responsibilities.
  • Translate complex operational processes into clear, practical learning resources, including facilitator guides, learner materials, simulations, practice activities, job aids, assessments, and digital learning content.
  • Develop learning plans that support employee progression from foundational training through guided practice, shadowing, and independent job performance.
  • Assess learner understanding and readiness through knowledge checks, skills demonstrations, practice activities, and observation; provide feedback to learners and communicate progress and support needs to Intake leaders.
  • Partner with operational leaders to establish clear handoffs from formal training to on-the-job practice, coaching, and ongoing performance management.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and standardized learning materials by monitoring workflow, system, policy, and regulatory changes and coordinating timely reviews with designated subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using assessment results, learner feedback, stakeholder input, and available performance data; identify whether performance gaps require learning or non-learning solutions and implement appropriate improvements.
  • Maintain training assignments, completion records, assessments, curricula, and related documentation within the learning management system and other designated platforms.
  • Manage assigned learning projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while balancing changing priorities and applying established L&D standards and adult-learning principles.
