The Executive Assistant to the EVP of International Sales is responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to the EVP, International Sales to ensure the smooth management of day-to-day affairs and global coordination.

Responsibilities:

Manage and take ownership of the EVP’s calendar and scheduled meetings.
Proactively reschedule, hold time and gather necessary information prior to meetings to ensure EVP is properly prepared
Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements for EVP (including visas and accommodations)
Be present on all meetings, record meeting minutes and ensure all action items are completed and/or followed-up on.
Serve as liaison with global executives and key stakeholders for coordination on meetings and projects.
Draft and send out various correspondence and reports to leadership teams and C-Level Executives on behalf of the EVP.
Submit all expenses on behalf of EVP for reimbursement through the company expense system.

Qualifications:

College Degree, preferred
Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer etc.)
Prior experience with Salesforce, Envisage, Greenhouse, Smartsheets or Slack, a plus
At least 3 year experience in an executive assistant or administrative assistant role supporting a C-Level Executive
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Extremely detail-oriented and data-driven
Superb time management and organizational skills
Technologically savvy
