Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping Kiniksa’s marketing capabilities, owning the omnichannel roadmap and accelerating impact with innovative and AI solutions.
The successful candidate will combine strategic and technical expertise, leveraging deep knowledge of Marketing Technology to progress key platform and ecosystem capabilities. This individual will lead the design and implementation of the omnichannel roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on to orchestrate complex customer experiences. This high-visibility role will partner closely with Brand Marketers, Commercial Operations, and IT to translate commercial vision into a functional reality, ensuring campaigns are data-informed, automated, and scalable. They will possess a ‘roll up your sleeves, get things done’ mindset and recognize the opportunity for growth within a young and growing company, coming in laser-focused on in-role execution to capitalize on that opportunity.
Our office-based employees work on an onsite schedule of five days a week onsite in Lexington, MA. While we prioritize in-person teamwork, remote options will be considered for highly qualified individuals who can maintain strong engagement and collaboration in a virtual environment.
