Manual QA Engineer

• Perform regular testing of web, native apps and PWA products across different internet connections and devices;

• Test payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, and related user journeys;

• Conduct competitor research and highlight key product features, flows, and user experience improvements;

• Test CRM, bonus and gamification flows;

• Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear and structured manner;

• Test landing pages and ensure correct functionality, localization, and user experience;

• Prepare regular QA reports with findings, issue descriptions, priorities, and testing results;

• Test marketing flows, including registration, onboarding, and promotional mechanics;

• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution;

• Quickly react to new tasks, incidents, and product changes requiring validation;

• Handle ad-hoc testing and operational requests when required;

• Provide occasional ad-hoc tasks outside working hours (additional compensation provided).

• 1+ year of experience as a QA Engineer on a web-based product;

• Solid understanding of the iGaming industry and key user flows;

• Experience testing web applications across multiple browsers and devices;

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack;

• Strong bug reporting and documentation skills;

• Ability to test using different internet providers (e.g. Telefonica and others);

• Ability and willingness to register and test competitor websites when required.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders;

• Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to testing and reporting;

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas;

• Fast response time and ability to adapt to changing priorities;
