VIP Account Manager Team Lead

• Lead and develop the VIP Account Management team, ensuring consistent delivery of personalized, high-quality service to high-value players;

• Set performance expectations, conduct regular check-ins, and support the team's growth and day-to-day coordination;

• Oversee the team's VIP player portfolio, ensuring proactive and timely relationship management across all accounts;

• Handle escalated player situations and high-risk account cases directly when needed;

• Track key metrics including retention, player activity, churn, and bonus utilization, and report findings to senior management;

• Work closely with CRM, Customer Service, and Brand teams to develop campaigns and events tailored to VIP players;

• Own the VIP strategy for the local market while actively leading expansion efforts into new markets across LATAM;

• Ensure all player interactions and team operations comply with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming policies.

• 6+ years in Account Management, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B/B2C Sales, preferably in online gaming or casino;

• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams ( At least 1 -2 years of leadership experience);

• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, VIP tier structures, and bonus mechanics;

• Full English fluency (both written and spoken) is required to interface with international executive teams.

• Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and analytics/forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI).

• Strong numerical ability to analyze metrics like Churn Rate, Player Activity, and Net Revenues (NGR).

• Natural leader with a coaching mindset and genuine interest in people's development;

• Player-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;

• Calm and solution-oriented when handling escalations or high-pressure situations;
