Role Summary
The Collation Lead supports the Supervisor in managing collation lines to ensure correct sequencing and count accuracy of cards prior to FMC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily line setup and card sequence verification.
- Monitor operator performance and correct errors in real time.
- Communicate with Quality for spot checks.
- Record output and downtime.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–4 years in collation or packaging.
- Strong organization and detail orientation.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Frequent standing and visual work.
- Exposure to fast-paced line activity.
