A network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities.
At Bezos Academy, we believe all children deserve the great start that excellent early education provides, including in under-resourced communities. Our mission is to nurture the potential in every child to become a creative leader, original thinker, and lifelong learner by inventing the solutions needed to scale early childhood education and motivated to pioneer the space where technology and preschool converge. We are a unique organization that operates a multi-state network of Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities while also investing in creating tools, products, technology, and other solutions designed to reach children well beyond the walls of our schools. We aspire for profound, large-scale impact on children ages zero to five.
As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design of end-to-end experience of new products that support young children, their teachers, and their families. You will lead design from concept to launch, crafting intuitive, responsive experiences grounded in empathy and deep user insight. Your work will nurture early learning and empower teachers and families, while sparking joy and expanding access to high-quality developmental support during the most important years of a child’s growth.
This is an opportunity to help define a product still in its early stages, building with purpose alongside a small, mission-driven team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and curriculum experts to bring new ideas to life and influence the strategy behind them. You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where you will focus on creating, improving, inventing, measuring, and innovating on behalf of our students and teachers.
