General Summary:

The Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA owns the regional marketing strategy and execution required to generate demand and revenue through ConnectWise distributors and channel partners. Working closely with the Director of Channel Marketing and  EMEA Sales and Marketing leadership, this role translates ConnectWise’s global partner strategy into focused regional programs. The role identifies priority partners, markets and solutions; builds integrated to-partner and through-partner motions; manages MDF and co-marketing investments; and holds programs accountable for partner activation, pipeline and bookings.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the EMEA channel marketing plan, aligning investment and execution with regional revenue priorities, pipeline gaps and priority partner segments.
  • Partner with EMEA Channel Sales and distributors to identify the partners, accounts, markets and solutions with the greatest growth potential.
  • Build and execute integrated through-partner demand programs spanning digital campaigns, content, events, enablement and seller activation.
  • Drive to-partner programs that increase partner awareness, engagement, readiness and adoption of priority ConnectWise solutions.
  • Translate global Channel and Partner Program frameworks into relevant regional activation plans, providing feedback that helps improve the global program.
  • Manage the regional MDF and co-op portfolio, including planning, business cases, budget allocation, compliance, forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Create repeatable partner campaigns and resources that make it easy for distributors and partners to take ConnectWise solutions to market.
  • Coordinate with Channel Sales, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Operations and Finance to deliver integrated programs and clear follow-up.
  • Establish goals and reporting for partner activation, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, solution adoption and return on investment.
  • Use performance data, partner feedback and market insights to optimize investment, scale effective programs and stop activities that are not producing results.
  • Maintain clear communications and operating rhythms with regional Sales leaders, distributors, partners and global Channel Marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

  • 6+ years of B2B channel or partner marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity or the IT channel.
  • Experience building and executing through-partner demand programs that produced measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of MDF and co-op programs, including planning, governance, compliance, forecasting and ROI measurement.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers or managed service providers across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Ability to translate revenue priorities into focused partner segments, campaigns, investment decisions and execution plans.
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with experience measuring partner activation, pipeline, bookings and program effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience partnering with regional Sales leaders and global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets, budgets, partners and programs in a fast-moving environment.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred: B2B event experience

Working Conditions:
• Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
• 40-50% travel may be required
