Marketing Student Assistant

We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Student Assistant to join our Marketing team in Copenhagen.

If you're studying marketing, communication, or a related field and want to gain hands-on experience in an international company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As part of our Marketing team, you'll work closely with colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and other European markets. You'll help create content, coordinate campaigns, manage email marketing activities, and support our social media efforts.

This is a great opportunity to get practical marketing experience, take ownership of your own tasks, and learn how marketing works in a fast-growing international SaaS company.

You’ll be working from our office in Copenhagen in a part-time role of around 15 hours per week, with flexibility to fit around your studies.

About the role

As our new Student Assistant, you’ll support day-to-day marketing activities across several European markets. You’ll help create and localize content, coordinate campaigns, and support digital communication across email, web, and social channels.

Let’s dive into your key responsibilities, you will:

• Execute recurring campaigns and auction-related email marketing.
• Support the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
• Create, localize, and publish marketing content across email CRM (Hubspot), website (Squarespace), and social media channels.
• Collaborate closely with local market teams and support ad hoc marketing initiatives.

The need-to-have skills

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Language & Culture, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English as well as Swedish, written and spoken.
• Strong writing skills with attention to details.
• Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
