The Tech Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting Agoda’s continued growth and innovation. The Opportunity

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in building Agoda’s technology organization.

You will partner with senior technology leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities, translate them into effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent across a range of technical roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent mapping through to offer negotiation and onboarding partnership.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment; understands the technical talent market; and can balance strategic stakeholder partnership with strong execution.

You will also contribute to improving how Agoda hires by using market intelligence, recruitment data, experimentation, and process improvement to raise the standard of talent acquisition across the organization.

In This Role, You’ll Get to

• Partner with senior technology leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce plans, team structures, and hiring priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear recruitment strategies, target candidate profiles, sourcing plans, and hiring timelines.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and technology leadership roles, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
• Recruit across areas such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Architecture, and other technology disciplines.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and develop long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct proactive sourcing, market mapping, talent identification, and competitor research to strengthen Agoda’s access to high-quality talent.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, role requirements, skills trends, and competitor activity.
• Advise stakeholders on role scope, job requirements, seniority, interview processes, assessment approaches, and candidate calibration.
• Manage complex recruitment processes across multiple locations and jurisdictions, including international hiring and relocation where relevant.
• Assess candidates against both technical requirements and Agoda’s leadership principles, team fit, and long-term potential.
• Lead candidate engagement, closing, offer negotiation, and pre-joining management for senior and hard-to-hire talent.
• Use recruitment data and insights to monitor hiring performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, talent events, sourcing campaigns, interview training, and process improvement programs.
• Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Partners and cross-functional teams to share market knowledge, improve hiring practices, and deliver a consistent experience across Agoda.
• Represent Agoda externally and help position the company as an employer of choice for technology professionals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 8–10+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably within an in-house environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technology roles across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in technology, digital, platform, or similarly complex businesses.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets, particularly within software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or related areas.
• Proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting senior-level or leadership talent and managing complex candidate engagement and offer processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge, advise, and build trust with senior leaders.
• Ability to use data, market insights, and structured problem-solving to guide recruitment decisions.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capability, including the use of LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent candidate management and closing skills, including the ability to communicate Agoda’s value proposition and secure in-demand talent.
• Experience supporting international recruitment, relocation, or cross-border hiring would be an advantage.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach, with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using recruitment and productivity tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
