Founding Software Engineer — San Francisco, CA (in-person)

About us

Our partner is building a one-person AI marketing service. We went from 0 to $500k ARR in 90 days while in stealth and are now assembling an all-star team to launch and scale.

The role

Work directly with the CTO to design, build, and scale the world’s first AI-native B2B content generation platform. You will own mission-critical surfaces, ship quickly, and set engineering culture from day one.

What you’ll do

Own a core pillar such as web scraping at scale, pipeline optimization, or multimodal/voice AI interfaces
Create novel AI-native experiences that combine text and video generativity
Build net-new features and harden them against unexpected user behavior
Drive ideas end to end: talk to users (if you want), translate needs into designs, and ship

Compensation

Base salary: $150k–$250k, plus meaningful equity.
