We are looking for a AI/ML Engineer in McLean, VA.
Job Description:
- Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across various domains, including generative Al, classification, prediction, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning
- Provide AI/ML engineering services to support customer's initiatives, leveraging expertise in AI/ML algorithms, software development, and cloud computing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience with Python or R programming languages for AI/ML development
- 5 years of experience with Cloud computing services from major providers, including experience with cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment
- 5 years of experience with AI/ML model development and deployment, including model tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking
- US citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Desired Experience:
- Experience with AI/ML model explainability and interpretability techniques
- Familiarity with Sponsor's enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices
- Experience with front-end web development frameworks, such as Flask
- Experience with Tableau to produce visualizations and dashboards
- Experience with verification and validation test benches
- Deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Version control systems, such as GitHub

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
