About the role

We are hiring a Sales Manager in New York to lead a quota-carrying team of account executives and sales development reps.

What you will do

  • Coach reps through deal strategy and pipeline reviews
  • Own the team forecast and territory planning
  • Hire and ramp new sales reps
  • Partner with marketing and operations on pipeline quality

Must have

  • 2+ years leading a quota-carrying sales team
  • 4+ years of prior individual contributor sales experience
  • Forecasting and pipeline management discipline

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales organizations
