About the role

We are hiring a Sales Development Rep in Chicago to open doors with new accounts through thoughtful, high-volume outbound across email and phone.

What you will do

  • Research accounts and craft relevant, personalized outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads into booked meetings
  • Keep CRM data clean and pipeline reporting accurate
  • Hit weekly meeting and pipeline targets

Must have

  • 1+ years in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Clear, concise written communication
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern sales engagement tooling
