About the role

We are hiring a Financial Analyst in San Francisco to support reporting, analysis, and the month-end close for a growing business.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
  • Run variance analysis and explain drivers to stakeholders
  • Support the month-end close with the accounting team
  • Improve reporting processes and data quality

Must have

  • 2+ years in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Exposure to a modern ERP or planning tool
