What You Will Do
- Build and deploy AI/ML models that don’t just sit in notebooks, they power real transformations across SaaS and PE-backed companies.
- Tinker with RAG pipelines, LLMs, and multi-agent systems to push the boundaries of what AI can automate.
- Collaborate directly with investors, execs, and founders, translating big visions into working AI products.
- Keep an eye on the latest LLM and AI research and bring fresh ideas back to the team.
- Be a voice in shaping not just our tech, but our culture and DNA as a firm.
Who You Are
- You’re fluent in Python and well-versed in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- You’ve played with automation tools (like n8n, Airflow, or Zapier) and know how to stitch together APIs, workflows, and data pipelines to make systems talk to each other.
- You’ve got some scars (and wins) from building production-ready AI systems on AWS/GCP/Azure.
- You know your way around LangChain, vector databases, and MLOps tools, or you’re eager to dive in.
- You thrive in startup mode: messy problems, fast pivots, creative solutions.
- You’re as comfortable discussing embeddings as you are joking on Slack.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, or PE-backed environments.
- An interest in responsible AI, compliance, or governance.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects (or side projects you love showing off).
