Sales Development Representative

What dynama does
dynama is an AI-native broker for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. We prospect, qualify, and land brands' products on new retailers' shelves through a technology-driven approach so lean CPG teams grow faster and spend less.
The role
We work with some of the coolest emerging and established food & beverage brands. We are hiring SDRs to own outbound sales for a book of brands, end-to-end. You take the account from initial outreach through order.
- Scope the channel: work with brands to decide where they should be (which operator types, which regions, which distributors) and turn that into a target account list with our prospecting agent
- Omnichannel outreach: work the phone, send emails, and send DMs to retailer category buyers, owners, chefs, etc.
- Get orders: send samples, help with distributor setup, and more to drive to collecting purchase orders
- Make the agents better: we use a continuous learning loop to make our prospecting better over time
Who does well here
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- CPG, foodservice distributor, or brokerage experience is a plus
- Comfortable dealing with rejection
- Communicates with clarity and brevity
- Organized across several brands
- Fluent with AI tools
- Cares about food and the people who sell it
Your first 30 days
- Week 1: learn CPG and dynama’s tech stack. Sit on live calls, learn how product moves, and know each brand's products cold
- Week 2: take over a brand's book (the list, the scripts, and the phone) and start driving orders
- Day 30: managing multiple brands and a live pipeline
Compensation
- $60,000-$70,000 base salary
- Commissions on every account you open
- Equity package
