Head of Fish Frying

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Fish Frying to lead and manage the fish frying operations at our multi-million dollar startup. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality fried fish products, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met, and managing a team of fish frying professionals.

• Oversee the production of fried fish products, including the selection of ingredients, preparation of the frying batter, and cooking techniques.

• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to in all stages of the production process.

• Manage and develop a team of fish frying professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

• Implement and maintain efficient production processes to meet demand and maximize profitability.

• Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new and innovative fried fish products and menu items.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for the fried fish products.

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in the food industry, with a focus on fish frying.

• Proven experience in managing a team of professionals and overseeing food production processes.

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Creativity and a passion for developing new and innovative dishes.
