Network Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lumilens is looking for a seasoned Network Engineer to design, manage, and secure our global multi-site network spanning India, Thailand, Singapore, and the US. The role demands deep networking expertise, cloud integration experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design & maintain LAN/WAN/SD-WAN across all global sites

• Manage site-to-site VPN tunnels across all 4 regions

• Lead SASE/SD-WAN POC & deployment

• Architect NAT Gateway & Linux jump host solutions for secure internet access

• Configure and manage enterprise firewalls, switches, routers & Wi-Fi

• Administer DNS, DHCP, IPAM and network monitoring tools

• Implement Zero Trust, network segmentation & ACL policies

• Support hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure / M365 / Entra ID)

• Manage SSO integrations & identity-aware network access (SAML/OIDC)

• Evaluate vendor RFQs with technical and cost-benefit analysis

• Document architecture, runbooks & change management records

• Collaborate with global teams across IT, HR, Finance & Operations

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Routing & Switching: Cisco / Aruba / Juniper — VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF, LAG

• Firewalls: FortiGate, Palo Alto, pfSense — policy management & threat mitigation

• VPN: IPSec, SSL-VPN, site-to-site & remote access tunnels

• SD-WAN / SASE: Cato Networks, Meraki, Fortinet or equivalent

• Wireless: Enterprise Wi-Fi — controller-based & cloud-managed APs

• Cloud Networking: Azure VNet, ExpressRoute, hybrid connectivity

• Microsoft 365: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID network integration

• Linux Networking: NAT, iptables, routing, jump host administration

• Monitoring: PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Grafana

• Scripting: Python / Bash / PowerShell for automation & diagnostics

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.E. / B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE or related field

• 8–10 years of enterprise network engineering experience

• Multi-site, multi-country network management

• CCNP / Fortinet NSE4+ / CompTIA Network+ or Security+ (preferred)

• Strong verbal & written English communication

• Experience presenting proposals to senior management

• Cross-cultural collaboration across APAC & US time zones

GOOD TO HAVE

• SASE / ZTNA deployment experience

• NetSuite ERP or SaaS application SSO troubleshooting

• CCTV / physical security network integration

• Enterprise collaboration platform migration (Slack → Teams)

• Lab / production network segregation in manufacturing environments

• Entra ID / Azure AD security group and conditional access policies
