We’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our R&D team.

• Manage the production of marketing creatives for new mobile game concepts at the early R&D stage.

• Work directly with Motion Designers and Artists: set tasks, provide references and requirements, review their work, and provide clear, actionable feedback.

• Define how gameplay should be presented in creatives based on the game itself, available levels, and the objectives of the marketing test.

• Prepare gameplay recordings and select the most representative gameplay moments for creative production.

• Review creatives from both a visual and production perspective, including animation, composition, pacing, clarity, and overall execution.

• Estimate production complexity and timelines and ensure creatives are delivered on schedule.

• Work closely with R&D Producers to understand each game concept, align on the materials needed for the launch, and deliver final creatives for marketing tests.

• Experience in the gaming industry and a good understanding of game advertising creatives.

• Hands-on experience in Motion Design, Creative Production, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of the full video creative production cycle — from gameplay recording and references to animation, editing, and final delivery.

• Ability to independently evaluate the work of Motion Designers and Artists and provide practical feedback without relying on a Motion or Art Lead.

• Enough hands-on production expertise to realistically assess task complexity, production timelines, and quality of execution.

• Experience working directly with Motion Designers and coordinating their work.

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and make decisions when deadlines overlap.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and a high level of autonomy.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Will be a plus

• Previous hands-on experience as a Motion Designer or Lead Motion Designer.

• Experience working on new game launches, prototypes, or early-stage products.

• Experience working in R&D or startup-like game development environments.
