What You Will Be Doing:
You will perform high-voltage testing of production assemblies, subsystems, and components critical to Helion's fusion generators. You will implement and troubleshoot test setups, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met. You will work closely with Design Engineers, Test Engineers, and Production Technicians to validate system performance, identify issues, and continuously improve test execution. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Production Manager at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
Set up, configure, and execute high-voltage tests on production assemblies and prototypes
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during testing and document findings
Operate test equipment, control panels, and data acquisition systems according to defined procedures
Follow high-voltage safety protocols and maintain compliance with defined high-voltage handling and grounding standards
Collaborate with Design and Test Engineers to review test results and escalate issues or anomalies
Support the repair, development, maintenance, and calibration of test fixtures and related equipment
Record and report test data accurately, participating in post-test reviews and process improvements
Occasionally assist with prototype or experimental testing
Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in electronics or manufacturing test environments
Familiarity with electrical systems and high-voltage safety practices
Proven ability to execute detailed test procedures safely and efficiently
Hands-on experience in test setup, troubleshooting, and use of electrical measurement tools
