Location: Pune, India (HQ2 — On-site)

Compensation: ₹40,00,000 - ₹65,00,000 + equity eligibility based on performance

The Role

Blitzy is looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Project Manager to join our Pune team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and client delivery—owning the coordination and execution that keeps complex, fast-moving software projects on track. You won't just manage timelines; you'll be a force multiplier for the team, anticipating blockers before they happen, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Engineering and product teams describe you as the person who makes everything run smoother.

• Stakeholders—internal and external—trust you as their single point of accountability for project status.

• Risks are identified and escalated early; blockers are resolved before they become delays.

• Your documentation, trackers, and reporting are always current, clean, and acted upon.

Areas of Ownership

• End-to-end project lifecycle management: scoping, planning, execution, tracking, and closure across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Obsessive attention to detail - every status, dependency, and open item is tracked, documented, and acted upon. So nothing slips through the cracks

• Maintaining meticulous project plans, status dashboards, RAID logs, and milestone tracking with obsessive attention to detail.

• Takes full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. Drives work to the finish line without being asked twice, and holds others accountable to do the same

• Facilitating cross-functional standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder syncs—driving clear outcomes and documented next steps.

• Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and scope creep; escalating with proposed solutions, not just problems.

• Serving as the communication backbone between engineering, QA, product, and client-facing teams.

• Owning resource coordination and capacity planning across sprint cycles.

• Strong async communicator - know how to write a crisp status update, a clear Slack message, or a well-structured escalation that gets the right people moving without a meeting

• Continuously improving project workflows, templates, and tooling to increase team efficiency.

Required Experience

• 3–6 years of project management or program management experience, preferably in a software development or technology environment.

• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or equivalent.

• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience running sprint ceremonies end-to-end.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex status into clear, actionable summaries.

• Demonstrated ability to learn independently—you seek out answers, read documentation, and upskill proactively.

• Strong organizational instincts: nothing slips, everything is tracked, and your systems reflect it.

• Experience working across HQ1 (US) and HQ2 (India) time zones - comfortable bridging communication gaps and ensuring nothing falls through between shifts

What Makes You Stand Out

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.

• Experience working in a high-growth startup or AI/software development company.

• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and the ability to hold technical conversations with engineering teams.

• Experience managing external client relationships alongside internal delivery.

• You have built project management systems from scratch—not just inherited them.
