Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

THE TEAM AND ROLE

As an Intern HR Projects (all genders), you will become part of a team that is committed in building efficient workflows as well as hiring the best talents for Avelios. You’ll support us in a wide range of people topics to support our growth journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape Our cultural Growth – Contribute your own ideas, shape inspiring formats, and actively help build a dynamic, collaborative, and people-centered work environment

• Drive HR Innovation & Process Excellence – Support the introduction, optimization, and evaluation of modern HR tools and processes to continuously improve efficiency and employee experience

• Create Impactful Internal Experiences – Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging events such as offsites, afterwork events, and the annual Christmas party – from initial concept to flawless execution

• Enable Meaningful Communication & Connection – Prepare and support internal communication formats including onboarding events for new starters, quarterly meetings, and company-wide gatherings that strengthen alignment and culture

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Studying in business, human resources or psychology at a top tier business school or in a similarly competitive environment

• First work experience in HR departments is an advantage

• Reliable, self-structured and result-oriented way of working

• Proactive mindset with a hands-on mentality

• Fluency in German and English
