The team and role

Web Summit’s Speaker team has a clear mission: to bring the world’s best speakers to our stages. Once there, we’ll ensure they are engaged in the most compelling, impactful conversations. Behind every speaker confirmed for Web Summit is a mountain of research, flawless logistics, and relentless follow-up. As a Producer, you will be the foundation of how we acquire our global speakers. Acquisition is the key!

Your goal is to be a subject expert in a tech field - and acquire the biggest names in that area to speak on our stages. You will learn how to identify the next big thing, how to bypass gatekeepers, and how to manage the expectations of the world’s elite.
