The Head of Studio & Post-Production leads the systems, workflows, and execution of production and post-production functions. This role is responsible for how content is executed from a technical standpoint and brought through editing and finishing, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. This individual will oversee studio operations, post-production workflows, and technical systems while building scalable processes that support a high volume of content across formats. You will partner closely with creative, production, and business stakeholders to translate vision into execution and continuously improve how work gets done.
