Agile Practice Lead

As Agile Practice Lead, you will help us build an Agile practice from the ground up. Over the last year, a structured contractor engagement has demonstrated that dedicated Agile leadership meaningfully improves delivery predictability, team throughput, and leadership visibility across multiple scrum teams. We are now ready to bring that capability in-house, and the Agile Practice Lead is the foundational step toward that end. This is a senior-level leadership and enablement role. You will own the Agile practice as a discipline: setting the standards, developing the practitioners, and connecting day-to-day delivery execution to our broader operating model. You will build and lead a small team of Scrum Masters, serve as the primary strategic partner to engineering and product leadership on delivery health, and translate what is happening across teams into insights that help us make better decisions faster.
