You’ll join a product area focused on turning behavioural signals into actions that drive conversion, revenue, and growth - not another CRM, but a system that helps businesses act in real time. We have a clear direction. Now we need someone who can turn it into fast learning, sharp decisions, and continuous progress in a high-ambiguity, high-ownership environment. This is a builder role - you’ll define how the product works end-to-end, turning real-time signals into measurable outcomes.
