Role Overview:

The Sales Operations Specialist owns the end-to-end order lifecycle, supporting our Asia Pacific Sales team with the day to day sales operational task. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales process, bridging between Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Service. The role ensuring accurate order execution, on-time delivery, and smooth coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. The Sales Operations Specialist acts as the single point of ownership and visibility for the customer journey - once an opportunity enters the forecast, ensuring alignment between customer commitments, production capacity, delivery schedules, commissioning readiness, and revenue realization.
