About the Role: We're looking for a creative, curious, and motivated Designer to join our growing team in Downtown Rogers. At Collab Design Co., we partner with small businesses and growing brands to strengthen their branding, websites, social media, and overall marketing presence. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, loves learning new skills, and is excited to contribute across multiple creative disciplines. While website design and development will be a major focus of this role, you'll also support graphic design projects, social media marketing, content creation, and other marketing initiatives.
