Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive client satisfaction and business growth. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, and identifying opportunities for expanding client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by anticipating their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
  • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
  •  

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
