GTM Enablement Manager

At just under 6 years old, we're incredibly grateful and excited to be working with over 1,000 epic brands across the US, UK, AU & NZ, like Doordash, Adore Beauty, Bondi Sands, Milkrun and more. As Tracksuit grows, so does the pace of change across our product, go-to-market strategy, and the way we support customers. New product capabilities are part of that story, but so are evolving customer needs, new ways of working, strategic business initiatives, and the systems that help our teams deliver value consistently at scale. You'll help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, turning big ideas into practical tools, training, frameworks, and experiences that help our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams do their best work. One of the things that makes this role unique is that Enablement is still a relatively new function at Tracksuit, giving you plenty of opportunity to contribute, take ownership, and help shape what comes next.
