About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable, people-oriented individual to join our B2B team on a part-time basis. You'll be the weekend point of contact for our network of concierge agents and B2B partners — processing bookings for theatre tickets and attractions, handling incoming calls, and ensuring every partner interaction reflects the high standard of service we're known for. This is a great fit for someone who's calm under pressure, has strong telephone instincts, and takes genuine pride in getting the details right. Please note: this is a remote, fixed-term contract (12 months) and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. The shift is 4 hours every Saturday, 14:00–18:00. Initial training will take place both onsite and remotely during the week for the first two weeks. The hourly rate for this opportunity is £14 per hour.
