The Titan Group provides a broad range of services across the whole wealth value chain – from financial planning, investment management through to platform, trading, settlement and custody services. Its strategy is to be able to offer modular, incremental services to its clients allowing them to adjust their business models as and when they choose to.  As part of this Titan is also an active acquirer of UK based asset managers and other wealth related businesses.

Due to this Titan Wealth is expanding rapidly through strategic acquisitions, offering a unique combination of start-up energy and the security of private equity backing. It’s an inspiring time to join the team!

Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary of Titan Wealth. Our focus is providing best-in-class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Our mission is to help businesses and their employees explore, set, and achieve their financial goals.

The Front of House – Communications Apprentice role supports the delivery of operational and project-based communications that sit within the Operations function. As communication volumes and complexity continue to grow, particularly in relation to client-facing messaging and operational change initiatives, this role provides essential coordination and administrative support. The apprentice will help ensure communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner across multiple channels including email, internal systems, and post. This role enables experienced team members to focus on higher-value activities while maintaining a high standard of communication delivery across the business. The role will be office-based five days a week for the first six months (until probation is successfully passed). Following this, we would look to move to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two working from home. This is an apprenticeship role, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable enrolling on a Business Administration course (i.e., NVQ Level 3) through the apprenticeship scheme, which is funded by the company.
