The Opportunity

This is a rare and career-defining opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full global ownership of Sitetracker’s energy vertical, continuing to refine and strengthen the worldwide narrative for clean energy, EV charging, and utilities, all to scale a proven program while leveraging your expertise to deliver unparalleled depth, responsiveness, and regional nuance across EMEA, NORAM, and APAC. You will do this with consideration for our core system of record platform, Sitetracker, along with our AI platform, Scout. What You'll Do As our Senior Product Marketing Manager for Energy, you will step into a pivotal, global role, taking full ownership of Sitetracker’s energy vertical. This is the first time we’ve hired a PMM at the senior manager level in Europe — offering you unprecedented scope and impact. While you’ll be based in EMEA and build strong day-to-day relationships with our EMEA sales team, your mandate is truly worldwide: ensuring that our NORAM and APAC selling teams receive the same exceptional quality of vertical expertise, enablement support, and strategic GTM input. You’ll be responsible for absorbing, validating, and scaling the strong foundation we’ve built over four years of significant growth in the energy sector — carrying that momentum forward — and navigating diverse time zones and selling cultures to deliver consistent, high-impact support globally. The Skills You'll Have Global energy vertical expertise & cross-regional market fluency Deep, working knowledge of the clean energy, EV charging, and utilities landscape that spans EMEA, NORAM, and APAC — including how buyer profiles, regulatory environments, operational priorities, and investment drivers differ meaningfully across regions. This person must be able to serve as the credible internal SME for all three selling regions, not just the one they're based in. Multi-region sales enablement & field partnership The ability to build and maintain a sales enablement program that serves geographically distributed selling teams — with EMEA as the primary relationship given proximity, but with structured support for NORAM and APAC sellers too — producing content, training, and tools that get adopted across all three regions and reflect the specific market dynamics each team is operating in. GTM strategy & cross-functional execution The ability to lead GTM planning and execution for Tier 1 energy initiatives and NPI priorities — owning the PMM side of launch coordination across product, sales, demand gen, and enablement — while adapting strategy and sequencing to the different market conditions and buyer maturity across EMEA, NORAM, and APAC without director-level involvement in execution.

Content development & global collateral stewardship

The ability to audit, maintain, and extend an existing global library of PMM content and collateral — identifying regional gaps, producing new assets across the full funnel, and ensuring that selling teams in all three regions always have current, vertically accurate materials that reflect the market conditions they're actually operating in.
