Job Description:

The Senior Manager, V-BAT Internal Training Program leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of V-BAT training and standardization across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of training, operations, engineering, and product, managing training as a scalable, data-driven program. Acting with a Technical Program Manager (TPM) mindset, this leader is responsible for aligning cross-functional stakeholders, integrating system and product changes into training pipelines, and ensuring training outcomes are measurable, repeatable, and operationally relevant. The role also partners closely with flight operations to support safe and effective execution of training activities.
