The Global Partner Enablement Lead is a pivotal role dedicated to the success of the SafetyCulture Forge Partner Program. You will be responsible for building and scaling the engine that powers our partner ecosystem, ensuring every partner has the knowledge, tools, and support they need to deliver real operational impact for our global customer base. You will lead the end-to-end enablement journey, from initial onboarding to long-term activation.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring tight collaboration between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to create a seamless experience for our partners. Your goal is to turn new recruits into high-performing Forge Partners who can independently demo, sell, and deploy the SafetyCulture platform.
This role requires a rare blend of instructional design, commercial strategy, and technical aptitude. You aren't just delivering training; you are building a scalable program that certifies partner expertise and accelerates their time-to-first-deal.
