Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: Starting at $70,000 (higher based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a Safety Specialist to support the implementation and daily execution of workplace safety programs within a manufacturing and fabrication environment. This hands-on role focuses on hazard recognition, employee engagement, safety compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout operations. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence on the production floor, work closely with employees and supervisors, and help ensure safe and efficient workplace practices.
