This leadership role is responsible for driving quality excellence, continuous improvement, compliance, and operational performance while ensuring products and processes consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on quality leader with a strong background in manufacturing environments and proven success implementing quality systems, reducing defects, and building high-performing teams. Work Environment: Approximately 70% office-based and 30% manufacturing floor engagement.
