Join our team as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) – IT Infrastructure & Operations ! This is a fixed hybrid role on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at HQ in Maple Plain MN. The Technical Product Manager (TPM) – IT Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technology solutions that support the company’s core infrastructure and operational platforms. This role partners closely with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across infrastructure services. The TPM owns the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from intake and discovery through delivery and continuous improvement, while balancing technical requirements, business needs, and user experience. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
