PopSockets is hiring a Creator Affiliate Manager to build and scale our TikTok Shop creator affiliate program. You will recruit an army of content creators and own the program end to end. We live by our e-commerce growth formula: Visitors × Conversion Rate × Average Order Value. This role is a primary lever on visitors, driving the right people to TikTok Shop through the right creators, at scale. This is the performance side of influencer and creator marketing. You live for profitable customer acquisition, and affiliates are your tool to do it.
