About the Role:

As Plume’s Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our brand’s visual story across all touchpoints. We are looking for a strategic, systems-minded creator with 4+ years of experience and a standout portfolio demonstrating mastery of multi-channel campaign design, motion graphics, and brand stewardship. This includes translating marketing briefs into compelling concepts, owning our visual identity system, and optimizing our day-to-day creative workflows. While this role will primarily focus on digital-first design, there will be occasional needs for print and event marketing. You’ll also collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and partner closely with our internal marketing team to drive high-performing, mission-aligned campaigns. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced designer to exercise deep creative autonomy and make a profound, hands-on impact on Plume’s evolving brand.
