Pickle is looking for a Simulation Software Engineer to support and scale our robotics simulation infrastructure. This role focuses on enabling teams to develop, test, and validate robotic systems using simulation tools such as Isaac Sim. You will work across software, testing, and robotics teams to build and maintain simulation environments, improve workflows, and ensure simulations are reliable, scalable, and accessible across the organization. In this role, you'll own the development of simulation tooling, APIs, and automated testing workflows that directly support Pickle's autonomy platform. You'll set up and manage cloud-based simulation infrastructure, integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines, and help engineering teams move faster by making simulation systems easier to use and more robust at scale. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives at the intersection of robotics, software, and infrastructure — and who wants their work to have a direct impact on how autonomous robots get built and validated in production.
