This role

The Fraud Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and preventing fraud across the India portfolio. This role focuses on early risk detection, manual review workflows, fraud trend analysis, and execution of fraud mitigation strategies in collaboration with Risk, Product, GTM, and Collections teams. The analyst will play a critical role in identifying emerging fraud patterns such as synthetic identity, repeat borrower abuse, promoter collusion, and device related fraud, and translating these into actionable controls
