Our marketplace is already flourishing in all 50 states and we're just getting started! About the Role To keep pace with our rapid growth, we're expanding our recruiting team. We're looking for an experienced Recruiter who is serious about every phase of the hiring lifecycle and committed to Neighbor's first core value: Hire & Develop the Best. In this role, you'll be a key talent partner embedded across the business, covering the full spectrum of roles: Software Engineering, Finance and Data, Sales, Marketing, and Support. You'll work closely with operators and leaders across all of these functions to bring in the people who will define what Neighbor becomes. Above all else, we’re looking for someone that can sell the vision of Neighbor and attract world-class talent to apply to our positions.
