Site HSE Manager |📍Tamworth – On-site (10am–6pm) | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits About the Role At Moonpig Group, we're committed to creating a safe, supportive and high-performing environment for our colleagues. We're looking for a Site HSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety and Environmental agenda at our Tamworth Fulfilment Centre. Reporting to the Site Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering the Group HSE strategy at site level, ensuring safety is embedded into everyday operations and decision-making. Acting as the site's HSE subject matter expert, you'll provide guidance, challenge and support to operational leaders while driving continuous improvement across health, safety and environmental performance. This is a highly visible role, combining hands-on operational engagement with strategic oversight. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent on the fulfilment floor working alongside colleagues and leaders, with the remaining 50% focused on governance, compliance, reporting, planning and continuous improvement activities.
