Match Group is looking for a Senior Director of Social Media to lead and evolve Tinder’s social and integrated marketing strategy across the region. This is a high-impact role sitting at the center of the paid, owned, and earned media ecosystem, with the opportunity to shape how one of the world’s most recognizable brands shows up culturally and connects with audiences. As a key strategic leader, you’ll act as the primary liaison to US global leadership, ensuring strong alignment while also bringing a distinctly regional lens to execution and innovation. This role is be based in Dublin and offers the chance to work across a diverse, high-performing international team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, EMEA, you’ll partner closely with Country Heads across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, as well as regional leaders in Paid Media and Brand Partnerships. Together, you’ll drive cohesive, insight-led campaigns that elevate Tinder’s voice and impact across markets.
