You will join our Global Human Resources team as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) collaborating closely with our Spanish management and global function leads. Your mission is to champion the employee journey and provide strategic support tailored to the specific needs of Malt Spain, a close-knit and highly impactful team of around 50 people today. By balancing high-level organizational planning with daily operational excellence, you will ensure our team stays engaged, agile, and aligned as we transform and grow the business. You will also make sure we have the absolute best work environment by supporting local talent acquisition and taking ownership of office management and workplace culture for our hubs in Madrid and Barcelona.
