⭐ Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Community  Specialist to own two of Lodgify's key acquisition channels: our affiliate program and our referral program. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in managing programs well, keeps things running smoothly, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do. Beyond the core programs, you'll support the broader marketing team with ad hoc operational tasks as they come up, from coordinating promotional campaigns to helping pull together data and reporting. You're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be asked twice and proactively finds solutions.
