We are looking for a Senior Python Back End Engineer to join our team. You will work across backend on systems that power freight brokerage operations—from Python and Django services to PostgreSQL —shipping end-to-end features, hardening reliability, and partnering with product on real customer and revenue problems. We want someone who thrives in large, evolving codebases, cares about performance, migrations, and operational quality, and can lead technical initiatives across multiple services while mentoring others through design and code review.
